Plagiarism Policy

Articles submitted to Iqtishadia: Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah will be screened for plagiarism using Turnitin. The maximum permitted similarity index is 25%.

Plagiarism includes:

1. Word-for-word Plagiarism using another author’s words verbatim without quotation marks and proper citation.
2. Source Plagiarism using another person’s ideas, concepts, arguments, or work without appropriate acknowledgment or citation.
3. Plagiarism of Authorship presenting another author’s work or intellectual contribution as one’s own.
4. Self-plagiarism reusing previously published work in whole or substantially similar form. Authors reusing their previous work must ensure that the new manuscript contains substantial changes, new analysis, or additional scholarly contributions.
