Author Guidelines

The guidelines for writing articles for NIZAMIA: Jurnal Administrasi dan Manajemen Pendidikan are as follows:

  1. The submitted article must be an original scientific work of the author that has never been published and is not currently under consideration or in the publication process in another journal or publication medium.
  2. The article must be relevant to the focus and scope of NIZAMIA: Jurnal Administrasi dan Manajemen Pendidikan, covering studies in educational administration and management, educational leadership, educational policy, institutional management, human resource management in education, curriculum management, strategic management in education, quality assurance and quality management in education, educational planning, financial and facilities management, educational supervision, Islamic educational management, educational innovation, and other relevant fields related to education administration and management. Studies may be theoretical, empirical, conceptual, or developmental in nature and may employ quantitative, qualitative, mixed-method, or other appropriate research approaches.
  3. Articles must follow the editorial style and formatting requirements of NIZAMIA: Jurnal Administrasi dan Manajemen Pendidikan as specified in the official journal template.
  4. Authors are expected to submit articles addressing current, relevant, and significant issues in educational administration and management, supported by a strong theoretical foundation, demonstrating analytical depth, utilizing relevant and up-to-date references, and being free from plagiarism.
  5. Articles should make a clear academic contribution to the development of theory, methodology, educational management practices, institutional development, educational policy, leadership, quality improvement, or innovation in education.

Article Structure

Articles submitted to NIZAMIA: Jurnal Administrasi dan Manajemen Pendidikan should be organized according to the following structure:

  1. Title;
  2. Author's Name, without academic degrees;
  3. Author's Affiliation;
  4. Author's E-mail Address;
  5. Abstract, maximum 300 words;
  6. Keywords, consisting of 3–7 words;
  7. Introduction;
  8. Research Methods;
  9. Results and Discussion;
  10. Conclusion;
  11. References.

Additional subheadings may be included according to the characteristics, methodology, and requirements of the article.

Language Requirements

Authors must ensure that the manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to or under review by another journal.

Article Submission

Articles must be submitted through the online submission system of NIZAMIA: Jurnal Administrasi dan Manajemen Pendidikan.

The submitted manuscript must include:

  1. Complete article file prepared according to the journal template;
  2. Author information, including the author's full name, affiliation, and e-mail address;
